1 Used Flexicon Automatic Liquid Vial Filling, Stoppering and Crimp Capping System. Manufactured in 2005, this system fills vials, applies a stopper, and applies and closes a metal cap.  Filling volume range:  0.1 to 250ml.  Accuracy:  ±0.5%.  Capacity:  up to 4500 per hour.  Comes with 2ml &

10ml change parts. Machine is constructed of stainless steel and comes with plexiglass safety guarding/doors, stainless steel base, Flexicon touchpad operating system, 2 x Flexicon peristaltic pumps and gas purging system.  Last used in a large pharmaceutical facility.

1 Used Flexicon Automatic Dual Vial Tray Loading-Accumulating System, Model DTL210.  Serial #: 05427531-TL20502.  Manufactured in 2005, the unit is designed to collate finished vials (from the FMB210 Filler) into trays.  Comes with Allen Bradley touch screen controller, safety air curtains, stainless steel contact parts, and enclosed base.  Motorized conveyor measures 72” wide x 3-1/2” wide.  Pushers measure 11” long x 2-1/4” high.  Overall dimensions:  84’ Long x 46” Wide.  Electrics:  3/60/230 volts.
