Description
1 Used O.M.A.R. Semi-Automatic Blister Packaging Machine. Machine is designed to produce both thermoformed and cold blisters up to 8 cycles per minute. Mould (tooling) specifications: 230mm W x 150mm L. Maximum dimensions of PVC + Aluminum Blister: 60mm x 100mm x 15mm D x 4 up. Maximum dimensions of Alu/Alu: 85mm x 160mm x 10mm D x 1 up. Comes with 1 set of tooling for capsules size “0”: 2 x 5 x 4 moulds. Machine can form, seal, and die cut with pre-cut PVC and ALU foils. Comes with integrated controls for temperature, dwell time, pressure adjustments, lifting/lowering, start/stop and emergency stop. Includes safety grate/guarding. Electrics: 3/50-60/230 volts. Air requirements: 5 bar. Last used in a large pharmaceutical facility in the R&D department. Last maintenance log recorded: 3/2023.
