Used 2020 Capmatic Automatic Vial Filling - Stoppering - Crimp Capping Machine

1 Used Capmatic Monobloc Vial Filler, Stopper and Crimp Capper, Model Synergy Patriot FSA 211. Machine was originally manufactured in 2020.  Was purchased in 2024 and used for approximately 6 months.

System is capable of filling, stoppering and metal cap crimping up to 60 vials per minute. Unit is constructed in 304 stainless steel, all contact parts constructed in 316 stainless steel – all with #4 finish (180 grit). Comes equipped with the following filling, stoppering and capping features:

·        Tray infeed with integrated turntable for empty bottle feeding with protruded guarding covering the tray to prevent direct operator contact as the bottles are being fed to the machine,

·        Servo driven inline motion indexing,

·        2 head filling station with 2 Steelheart servo driven high precision peristaltic pumps for liquid filling,

·        Single station automatic pick and place stoppering station,

·        Single station automatic pick and place aluminum cap placement station,

·        Tempered glass partition to separate the crimping from the filling portion of the monobloc,

·        Single station knife crimping station,

·        Tray outfeed for finished bottle accumulation,

·        Machine controlled with industrial PLC,

·        Multi-color touch screen control interface,

·        Status beacon light,

·        Euro guarding system with interlocked tempered glass doors.
