1 Used Pamasol – (Autoguard) Gas Filler and Crimper, Model 2005/021. This is designed for small scale production which allows for simultaneous sealing and filling. The sealer and pressure filler can be operated together or individually.  Machine is pneumatic and is started with two hand – triggering. The crimp diameter and height can be adjusted. The filling quantity is continuously adjustable and can crimp and fill 1” valves with or without vacuum. Operating pressure: 8 to 10 bar.  Speeds: 500 to 700 per hour. Sits on an enclosed stainless steel cart, on castors. Machines sit inside an enclosed cabinet.
