1 Used Wolf Stainless Steel Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine, Model VPC-250. Serial #: . Machine #: 2639. Machine was manufactured in 2020 and is constructed in Stainless Steel for washdown. Is set up for continuous operation last filling pouches of a medical food powder.   Was last filling 6 different sized flat pouches ranging in weight from 12.46g to 39.69g. Bag material: WOPP/ALU/DPE.

Machine Specifications: Speeds up to 160 pouches per minute. Can do pillow, gusset or chain bags, (with the proper tooling). Is currently set up to fill 1.2 oz, (33.4g) sachets.   Bag width: 50mm to 250mm. Bag length: 40mm to 250mm. Filling volume: 4000cm³. Film reel diameter: 600mm. Air requirements: 80l/min @ 6 bar. Can be used for all heat sealable wrapping materials. Can be used for delicate products due to its low drop height. Comes with a programmable Allen Bradley PanelView Plus colour touchscreen with hard start/stop/reset and emergency stop buttons.

Filling Auger:   Model SD-50 Auger Filler, 25 litres – (from the OEM) - for exact dosing on high technical level for nearly all powder and fine granulated products like milk powder, coffee, spices, flour and chemicals.   Equipped with a stainless-steel split hopper for easy cleaning, hygienic and highly-polished precision dosing auger for more gentle product handling – designed to hygiene directive EHEDG.   Dosing speed: up to 160 cycles per minute. Mechanical accuracy: 0.5% or less. Residual oxygen: 2% or less. Volume: 2ccm to 1000ccm. 

VideoJet Dataflex 6330: Industrial Thermal Transfer Overprinters (TTO), comes with built in code quality checker iAssure technology, minimal wear parts, airless all-electric operation. Speeds up to 250ppm.

NOTE: Conveyor not included.
