1 Used 40 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed kettle with double motion agitation. Manufactured in 2015. Kettle dimensions: 24” diameter x 20” deep. Comes with a ½ jacket, 2-piece removable covers, 2” center bottom discharge, 1 HP – 3/60/230-460 mixer drive, 1650 rpm. Comes with a Leeson SM 4 series variable speed AC controller.  Kettle comes with an integrated Mokon temperature control unit for heating, model HY2024AA, capable of heating up to 250°F (121°C).  Sits on a heavy duty stainless steel tubular frame, on castors.
