1 Used Good Nature HTST Flash Pasteurizer, Model FPXT-264. Manufactured in 2015, this unit heats and cools product in a series of stainless steel heat exchangers. Product is rapidly heated, held at temperature for a brief period and then quickly cooled.

Specifications from the OEM: “Pasteurization provides 5-log kill on E. Coli 0157:H7, Cryptosporidium, Listeria, Salmonella, and may other pathogens.” Comes with fully adjustable CIP, controlled differential pressure system prevents cross contamination, Hot-Fill to produce a product that is shelf stable. Pounds per gallon: 10-1/2, HTST flow: 4.4gpm, Hot-Fill Flow: 2.2gpm. Heat exchanger type: Tubular, Heater type: Gas. Equipped with a programmable logic control, PMO balance tank, automatic divert valve, chart recorder, booster pump, flow panel, flow meter, holding loop, digital temperature controller. 

Frame and tank manufactured in 304 stainless steel. Product tubing in 304 stainless steel, polished ID/OD. Comes with a Unibloc PD400 rotary lobe pump, 5HP nord gearmotor motor with 618rpm out at 1800rpm unit, and a Topflo booster pump, model TF-c100-MD-56cs, with a 1-1/2 HP, 3600rpm.
